March Reset: Less, But Better

March Reset: Less, But Better

March Reset: Less, But Better

If your skin feels a bit meh right now ~ dull, dry, reactive or unpredictable — it might not need more products. It might need less noise and a little consistency.

Early spring is when skin often wobbles: colder air, wind, indoor heating, stress, and heavier winter routines can leave the barrier feeling fragile and the complexion looking tired. So for March, keep it simple.

The 3-step March routine

1) Cleanse gently (but properly)
Use lukewarm water. Massage your cleanser in for 30–60 seconds. Rinse well. If your skin feels tight afterwards, you’re stripping ~ go gentler, not harder.

2) Treat only what needs treating
Pick one focus for the month:

Dry/tight: hydration + barrier support

Dull/tired: circulation + gentle exfoliation once weekly

Congested: consistent cleansing + a weekly mask (not daily scrubbing)

3) Moisturise to protect
Moisturiser is your seal. Apply it to slightly damp skin to lock in hydration and calm.

The weekly “Skin Meeting” (10 minutes)

Once a week: cleanse slowly → warm cloth compress → mask or hydration → 2 minutes of face massage → moisturise.
Not perfection ~ just a signal to your body: soften.

March intention

Choose consistency over intensity.
Less, but better… and your skin will thank you.
